3. File Processing and Storage

When you upload a PDF file for conversion:

• The file is temporarily stored on our server during processing
• We extract transaction data and generate the Excel file
• Both the original PDF and generated Excel files are automatically deleted after download
• We do not read, analyze, or store the content of your financial documents

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our service, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
